  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday. We ship to the lower 48 states (continental USA) only. All orders ship UPS ground so we will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If any product on your order is back ordered we will contact you and on your permission we will hold your order until complete. If we are unable to contact you, your order will ship less back ordered item or items. You will then be credited that amount. Customer will have to re-order back ordered items. Please double check your shipping address on the order form before submitting your order. A forwarding fee is issued for shipments that are re-routed after leaving our store or are in correctly addressed due to customer error. You will be charged a $5.00 fee for address corrections.. Shipping Charge: $5.95 for ALL orders valued up to $200.00. Orders over $200 with ship for free. Orders will shipped by UPS, DHL, Spee-Dee Delivery, FedEx, USPS.

    All information that you provide us I.C. credit card information, e-mail address etc. will remain with Ironhouse Gym Inc. and will not be sold or distributed to any other person or company. Payment authorizations are made on a secure server.



  • Return Policy

  • We at Ironhouse Gym want you to be happy with your purchase so we are excepting returns. However, due to the nature of our products, we have set a few guidelines. This is to prevent any potential issues with product tampering or a shortened spoilage dates. Please read below before ordering.

    NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ANY BARS AND/OR
    MUSCLETECH PRODUCTS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    • Call 877-395-6181 BEFORE returning any products as Ironhouse Gym reserves the right to refuse any return when prior authorization to return was not given.
    • All returns must be received within 20 days of shipment date.
    • All returns must be unopened and in original condition.
    • You will be credited for purchase price only minus 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.
    • Ironhouse Gym credit will be issued on all returns.
    • You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

    Once you have received your products, please inspect them right away. If any of your items are damaged or have been received as a result of an error, you need to notify us with in 24 hours.
